........Today is a special day...the first 29 february for my little girl.....well, she doesnt understand what does it mean, but I asked her to take some pictures, and she acts just like an actress...!!
She knows a little bit about days.....Mommy is at home, mean holiday...mean it's Saturday n Sunday....mean time to go to carrefour...

Writing her name

It's late already, around 8 pm, and.....my little girl still doesn't want to sleep yet (once again, she didnt take a nap, and still is not sleepy !)....She asked to write on the white board...!
I gave her a white board when she was 3 years old....The white board has two sides, one is a white board, another side just a board with 2 paper clips on the top, so.....sometimes she is just like a painter, sometimes she is just like a teacher
And tonite...she is trying to write her name....!!! She can write for letter 'J', 'E', asked me to help her for letter 'S' (i hold her hand to write together), she continued to write letter 'L', and asked to help again for letter 'Y' and.....do a half for letter 'N'

Trumpet

I didnt make a plan to go to carrefour today, but.......suddenly...my little girl is busy to choose what clothes she wants to wear to go.....she knows (or just by feeling ?) today is saturday, a carrefour day.....!!
She asked for a 'big bird' shirt (AMAZING for her memory !!) and she asked me to wear a big bird shirt also....'Mommy doesn't have a big bird one Jes, but I have an Elmo one', i showed her my jean shirt...and..she saw words, she 'read' it 'sesame street' (she was right by feeling.....coz she can't read yet...hahahahaha...)
'Yes, you r right, Jes, so is it ok mommy wear this ?' and she answer straight away ' Ok mommy'

Big carrefour is her favourite now, since there is a car trolley there, so she can 'drive' a car with me, she has a steer to play with, an auto horn, and can check the 'fuel tank'
N.......she remembers her trumpet that she asked it last week...!!!! Ooohh nooooo........actually it's a baby toy (for 18 months up), the picture is winnie the pooh.....and...expensive enough.....I told her, she only can have one new toy for every month, can't every time we go to carrefour, and she is agree (let's wait and see, but i know, she is a good girl, many times she asked for a toy that she saw, i started giving an explanation to her that she must save some money in her piggy bank first, can't have straight away, and she understood it....Lucky me.....)

Going back home.....and...she is so busy to ask her daddy to help her to open the trumpet package....after that, a noisy sound is coming........

My work life (2)

There are two feelings i got this morning....Lucky (thanks God !) and a little bit disappointed (for the result)
Lucky coz i got my salary as my expecting time (I need it today)
Disappointed coz i expect more than what i got (after what i ve worked for last year)
But between those, i still feel sooooo lucky.....God really loves me, always help me at the right time

Cucumber

I bring home a Padang food tonite.....I gave a little bit for my husband (he likes Padang food !), and there is some vegetables without any chili sauce.....my little girl saw it...n she asked me, 'may i have that one mommy ?' I said 'Yes, of course'
It's cucumber.....!! I ve never give it to her before.....and....she eats those very quick.....she likes it.....
I m proud of her...she likes almost all vegetables/foods that I gave her....Lucky me......

Wee wee....

Early morning, around 1:00 am, my little girl woke me up.....she asks me to help her to wee wee......
When she was a baby, i never put diaper on when we are at home, just use it when we are going out
So....when she was 1 year old, it's very difficult to put diaper on, she felt not comfortable, thanks for the diaper company which make a pants to make me easier.....:)
She never wee wee everywhere when she was 2 years 8 months old, even when she is sleeping....

Sleepy....zzz...zzz

As ussual, my little girl never take a nap when i m at home (holiday)

Last nite she slept at 9:30 pm (without take a nap..!!!) n woke up at 6:30, just before i go to traditional market....so i must sneak away

N.....after playing all day, she is sleepy....ask to sleep at 5:30 pm....Hmmmmm......Have a nice sleep my little girl......n....sweet dream......I love you.....

Bubur Kacang Hijau......(green beans stewed in palm sugar ?)

I remember when my little girl was a baby, it's very difficult to ask her to eat when her food was mixed with green beans.....BUT......last week i made a Bubur Kacang Hijau (green beans stewed in palm sugar plus ginger)... and she eat it very easy.....she likes it...!!!! She asked me 'more please.....' I m very happy....coz i m thinking about her and green beans since she was a baby....how to make her like it....n...she likes it naturally.... all i need to do just BE PATIENT........
so.....today, i made it again.....and.....again....she is not patient enough to wait until the food is warm enough.....!!!! 'May I eat that now mommy ?' it's still a little bit hot Jeslyn, let me change the bowl, so u can eat it very soon....well, with her beautiful eyes she is watching me until i bought it back....

Fish game

It's late already (for a little girl who didnt take a nap....), 8:30 pm.....and...she asks me to play 'fish game' in the computer....the fish game is 'feeding frenzy' actually....
well......the never tired little girl starts to play it.....with her mommy that already tired n wants to watch her movie in the TV......hahahaha
She still has a big energy....n she can choose what type of game she wants to play with.....sometimes get win, but most of the time she gets lose.....hahahaha.......another learning by playing. She can play the game since she was 3 years and 3 months old

Time to bed, Jeslyn.......so....give daddy a kiss n hug goodnite......n....brush your teeth......
She does all of that easily......and go to her room, put all her toys at the right position (Pooh, Mickey, BJ, Barney, and Baby Bop) and......ask for milk.......(still in the bottle....:( )
She asks me to tell a story about Winnie the Pooh....so...i start telling her a story from my mind....just create it....n caress her......n....ZZZ ZZZ ZZZZ......she falls to sleep........goodnite my sweet little girl n have a nice dreams.......I Love you.......

Start learning to choose

This morning I ask my little girl to go to Carrefour, and.....she wants to wear the same shirt, the hello kitty one ! She went to my wardrobe to take my shirt by herself, and went to her room to take hers also...and ask me to wear it straight away, in front of her....to make sure that i wont change it....!!!!

Going to Carrefour is our habbit every weekend....On the way, i ll ask my little girl, 'Going to a big carrefour or a small one, Jeslyn ?' BIG Carrefour, her answer.....

I began to teach my little girl to choose what the most she wants......She asks for strawberry....so we go to the fruits section to pick it..... and she asks for 2 tooth brushes and tooth paste....i agreed....we go around again.....and..she asks for an animal toys....well, i ask her to choose among strawberry, or 2 tooth brushes or animal toys.....n she chose for 1 tooth brush and animal toys.....(including tooth paste)...i agreed......we go around......and....now....she asks for a trumpet...an expensive one.....i ask her to choose....all of things she chose already or a trumpet.....and....she chose the first ones........1 tooth brush, 1 tooth paste n animal toys.....good choice...!!!!

My little girl always brushes her teeth every morning, afternoon (when she is taking a shower) and just before she goes to sleep......I m proud of you, my little girl...... (and she will answer me ' I m proud of you too mommy'....... AMAZING......)

1 to 20

I hear someone is counting..........One two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty....
That's my little girl......!!!! She is counting from 1 to 20, but still miss for 15 n 16...she mixed both together become fixteen.... :)
Another AMAZING one........How lucky I am.....

My work life (1)

My client has a new server....a real server......, and finally we can use it tonight (after my developer installed it)..... Good news...!! Good step...!!
Thanks to my developer, Yadi, who backup & restore the data and setup the necessary things to do....good job...!!

i Just arrived at home, and my sweet little girl calls me straight away.....Mommy.....mommy.....come over here.....
And.......she shows me her new alphabet (her daddy wrote it down).....Waaauu.....my sweet little girl started learning Alphabet in a small letter.......

She sings 'a b c d e f g.....h i j k l m n o p.....q r s....t u v......w x y and z...now i know my abc next time would u sing with me' by pointing to the right small letter........

We teach our little girl eating on the table, not walking around, n tonight she wants to use a big dinning table to eat her 'dinner', some vegetables !!!

She likes singing, dancing, ballet, playing music, pretending as a kitty, meow...meow....as a puppy.....guk....guk.....

The First Day

I can't go home on time today, poor my little girl.....

After a 'long long long journey', today is the first day that my client start to input their data into the new system.
I m quite happy but it's just a beginnning to come to the real adventure, a big challenge to me.
I m a big big girl in the big big world it will be a big big thing if I can't make it.......:)

My sweet little girl can read A to Z in big letters since long time ago, she can spell her first name since she was 2 years old....and now.....

Today, I finished my header's blog (the photos..!!!!)
well, this is the first version, I think I should change it regularly, but...let's see.....

And today also, finally....My team and I made a significant step in our project.....to get ready to start data inputing in the live database. We really hope that one day before Chinese' new year is the lucky day for our project !
